Orders received before Midday Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be despatched within 3-5 working days*.

In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied with your item, you can return it to us for an exchange or a full refund. Send an email to within 14 days of receiving your order, explaining your problem and we'll be happy to exchange or refund you once we've received the item.

All returned items must be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging. We are not able to accept returned items that have been used, worn or are not in their original condition. Items should be returned using a Signed-For service.

In the event that an item is received by us in a damaged or unsaleable condition, we will have to send it back to you. In such a situation we may ask you to pay the postage costs.

Please note that any item that is personalised will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.


Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your item and will exclude any original delivery cost. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account after being sent to you, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Unsuccessful Deliveries and Items Not Delivered
If items are returned to us after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery we may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.

If an item is not received by you, we must be notified via email or via the "Contact Us" page within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe we will be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.
